Our cottages are situated within easy driving distance of many places of interest. The historic town of Bridgnorth is just 7 miles away, Ludlow 27 miles and the Ironbridge World Heritage site 5 miles.
Apley Farm Shop is within 2 miles and offers locally produced food in the shop, tempting treats and meals in our cafe and a playbarn to keep children happy!
The cottages are ideal for walking with numerous public footpaths in the area and an absolute haven for birdwatchers. For cyclists the National Cycle Route 45 runs just outside them and allows easy cycling to Bridgnorth or Ironbridge.

The Bicycle Hub in the Park is a friendly, independent shop providing bicycle hire, sales, servicing, advice and training. Perfectly situated on a national cycle route, we have 50 miles of safe cycling from our door. Whether you would like a gentle ride to Ironbridge for lunch or an all day, off road adventure, they can help.
Canoeing is a lovely, peaceful way of seeing the beautiful Shropshire countryside. Just drift along and watch the world go by, maybe even canoe right past your Apley Holiday Cottage or even moor and pop home for a break!
Sun Valley Canoeing and Ironbridge Leisure both offer competitive canoe trips and hire.
